After renovating and running The Moran Square Diner in Fitchburg Massachusetts the last four years I am
moving on to a new adventure.
I will be a sous chef at Gibbet Hill Grill in Groton Massachusetts.
I will be using The Tiny Restaurant as an online platform for sharing my food, recommendations, and dad
jokes to help you create an elevated dining experience in your own home.
